Feroz Omar - The best salesman with after sales service!!

My car broke down for the 4th time this year. Just there i made up my mind : its time for a new car! I googled Velocity Cars (I dunno why- but for some reason I just thought : They will be able to help me - the little man) and got their number. Contacted them and was put through to a certain Feroz Omar. I explained my story and he emailed me the documents. By the time I got to work the forms were in my mail box and i just sent off the supporting docs. days later i signed my paperwork and the car was ready for collection. I even got a great trade in value for my old jelopy that everyone wanted to give me R10 000 for, velocity gave me R20 000. Feroz sorted vehicle finance (and looked for the better deal), insurance and all. I now have my car for 5 months and I have no complaints at all. Even the after sale service was impeccable. I had a small dent on the side and I felt comfortable contacting Feroz and he referred me to a reputable panel beater. Feroz was on time with everything, over delivered on his promises and was very patient with me ( because i could not make up my mind with the instalments). Shukran Feroz - for everything. Up until today I can still contact him if I need advice on my car and he willingly helps. This shows me - he does not only sell the car to make a sale, but he sells you something decent that you will benefit from. I give you 19 out 10 ratimg !! :-)
