<p>A Vehicle was purchased from velocity cars , paid cash ! and the vehicle was never given a car registration certificate , the original owner is still the the title holder of the vehicle ! i have constantly asked them for documentation i can use to change the ownership. But they either rude , or just dont get back to me! we have been fighting it for over 3 years now, and they are not even intrested ! even their johannesburg branched closed down ! </p>
