Bad service

I collected my car last year August by then I had only paid R3000 deposit so I still had R2000 outstanding yet I was supposed to receive my spare wheel, wheel caps and the boot of my car needed to be fixed, before I could pay the outstanding deposit the car broke down, I called Tebogo together with his manager they said I must get the car checked of which I did, when they got a quotation from the mechanic they said it was too much and they won't pay the amount, I paid and showed them the receipt of R4600 for the parts which excludes R3000 labour I paid and till today they still have not given me the papers of the car, spare wheel or compensated me for the money spent on damages, all I want now is just the papers of which I spoke to Natasha who is still to get back to me, till today she is avoiding my calls.<br>
