2012/13 Chevy Spark with surface rust and other faults?

<p>My wife purchased a Chevy spark at Velocity Athlone November 2015 and currently the aircon is shot. I re-gassed thrice in this period and keeps on leaking. Brakes are scratchy on the front passenger side. But worst of all is the surface rust I have on the roof now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I noticed when I washed my car myself, I gave them a call and asked what we can do about it and I was told nothing. Seriously? The car is 3 years old.</p> <p> </p> <p>I won't be going back to this dealer for a car and I wouldn't advise anyone else either.</p> <p> </p> <p>Maybe if you spend bigger bucks you get better service, but for me personally R90000+.....</p>
