If there was a - Zero x100 score yes, they don't even deserve even one star. I bought a BMW X5 M sport 2025 May, a week after drive train appeared on the screen ( Alert), at that time the car didn't have power to drive up hill. Told Brendan who used to work there at Khayalami Veloci, he said to bring the car if sign re-appeared but for now stop and restart engine. It worked that day, June the sign reflected again, we were told we will be called to bring in the car. In-between it was functioning but drinking too much oil, Until December, the car had same signs, couldn't move even 10km/hr, Brendan had left now. Manager CEO Anton and the team were closed, we were told wait until re-opening. We towed the car to another BMW dealer who was willing to fix everything but said because I have warranty with MVIA through them, they will take the car for fixing( January-Feb now). The car came back, same day it was assumed to have been fixed, was even worse than before, oil demand same day, water came out under the car when I stopped at the garage like 3 x 50L buckets. Mentioned everything to the new manager Candice but she said I must take all these to complain office there is nothing more she can do. No car for months now, had to rent & Uber. Car in my Garage even today stuck. The only person who would try to help was Zee but she is a finance person not the manager. I kept on telling them that the car had a problem from the start and they new and never disclosed, their cars are beautiful outside but becareful.
