Velliesnou borderline worst online shop I have ever dealt with
We often buy online and I have never dealt with a more *********** company than velliesnou. No body takes any ownership in trying to help customers, empty promises of "we will call you back" and hanging up when asking questions is all part of their show. I'm prety sure they will probably delete my comment and carry on with the circus!

The shoes that you have ordered were the shoes that were delivered and received. You want to exchange it and as previously mentioned in an email, you have to log an exchange on the website in your account and it was accepted by me last week already. The shoes have to be sent back to us and your shipping costs have to be paid. as soon as we get the shoe back the replacement shoe will be sent out. All the above has been sent via email also.

15 Sept 2021, 11:48Fair enough we where fully prepared to do that, we waited almost 45 days for the shoes to arrive in the first place and more than 13 emails later the shoes and the problem is still with us. Amazing that al of a sudden after I did this post and some on social media that you got back to us with a concrete solution! I also suggest that you send your staff on some training courses on how to deal with customers and problems over the phone, it will surely be of great benefit to your business.
