Terrible and Unprofessional Service

Terrible and Unprofessional Service. On the 25 of October 2021, I bought 5 pairs of Vellies for a wedding, I was assisted by the store Manager, Piet. I told him that I was buying the shoes for a wedding that is taking place in a couple of weeks. After he took my money he told me that he needed to pick up one of the pairs from his warehouse because he didn't have it with him in the store. He told me that I could pick it up from him within 2 days at his store. Two days later I went back and he told me he forgot to pick it up from the warehouse. It is now 28days later and I still have not received my outstanding pair of shoes which I paid for almost a month ago. Piet keeps on telling me that he forgot to pick it up from the warehouse and that I can come back in two days. Since the day I made the payment I have driven back to His store more than 12 times and still have not received my shoes. I have tried calling him for the last 3 days but he doesn't answer or return my calls and the wedding is taking place in a few days. I am very very disappointed.
