Pathetic!

If you cannot cope with all the online orders then why have an online shop? The fact that there are more negative than positive reviews on this business should be alarming enough! My case is not much different from any other, order at the end of August questioned after almost a month got ignored. Mentioned it on Facebook got blocked. Sent multiple emails from different accounts, still no reply. When we even phoned we were told that the stock they are receiving does not include my size but I'll receive the shoes in the following week. It's almost the end of October and where are the shoes Velliesnou? Required a refund and yes you guessed it got ignored! Please get your act together you are a big joke!
