Arrogant and Rude owner and staff, empty promises

Velliesnou is based in Nelspruit. We placed an order 3 weeks ago. and after numerous promises from their side we still did not receive anything. When i phone to ask for a refund, because it was lie and lie that we were told, the owner actually extremely rude and arrogant. He told me that it is a process to refund, but when i said to him that you are very eager to get full payment immediately, he told me that i must wait and actually slammed the phone down in my ear. I will not recommend anybody to di business with these people. They are ********
