Unhappy customer

Good evening On the 25th June 2024 I contact Silver Destiny via Whatsapp to order vellies for myself. The lady send me the costs on courier services or pep. I said to her I will use pep she gave me the amount that I must pay. On the 26th June 2024 I transferred the amount of R380 to Silver Destiny account. On the 2nd July I have send a message to ask when will I receive my shoes. The lady ignore me and only reply on the 10th July and informed me there was no 7 in stock as soon it;s there she will notify me and send my parcel.

She ignore me I am not happy until today I did not receive anything yet. This lady is a ****mer
