THE HOTEL IS NOT EVEN OPERATING!!

I booked an overnight stay with the hotel for Saturday night through bookings.com and paid with my credit card. When I arrived at the hotel the security guard outside told me that the hotel is not operating and that I could not come in. When I tried to call the number on bookings.com it said that the number does not exist and that my deposit was non refundable. I was left outside stranded in an unfami**** area and was forced to make alternative arrangements which cost me more money!! I am very unhappy with level of unprofessionalism and lack of consideration. I have no idea how I will get my money back and be compensated for the inconvenience that I went through
