SHOCKING!!!!!

We booked for our Anniversary from 26 November 2020 to 29 November 2020. Today is the 28 November 2020, but already I want to check out and go home.

We were here in 2017 and things were running smoothly then. Something has gone terribly wrong since then.

My husband booked an Anniversary Package as a surprise for me. When we got here, the Platter, Champagne and Roses were still not set. This was no longer a suprise. But they still made my husband pay upfront, for the Suprise set-up that the failed to deliver.

When we got to our room, The Aircon was Not working. We askef them to fix the Aircon. But instead, we were told that they are going to moved us next door, where the Aircon was working.

When we moved to Room 80, we wanted to take a shower because we were tired. The shower door, was not stable.....it broke and fell on us. As if that was not enough, we tried to go for Plan B, and take a Bath Tub.....The Bath Tub doesn't have a stopper. So you basically can't bath in there.

We were woken up early, by the screaming sounds of the cleaning ladies. They scream and shout in the corridors, it is impossible to have a peaceful sleep. We decided to get up and go get some breakfast......The breakfast is cold, because, somehow the food warmers ran out of the gas that is supposed to stay underneath and keep the food warm.

After we got back into our room, we but a DO NOT DISTURB sign, but someone can knocking for room service.

Something is definitely not right with the running of this place. It is very sad because it is a beautiful building. But the way it is managed.........is shocking.

We are definitely not coming back. And I will make sure that I tell all my friends and family members the same thing.

If it was possible to give a Zero rating, I would.
