Disgusting resort not worthy of four stars

What a disgraceful and pitiful hotel.

On arrival, the first room was dirty, the couches were torn, the floor was uncleaned and the room was dusty.

We were moved to a second room, the second room also had a dirty bed and worst moldy showers.

At this time we requested a refund. We did not stay in our room but as the booking was made via booking.com, the hotel felt it right to hide behind that and has not refunded me my funds.

No call was given from the hotel, no refund was given and no response has been provided on the level of disgusting service that was received.

Please don't book or stay in the hotel. It is truly not worth the price.
