Putrid everything!
I sold my house within 3 weeks of posting and 7 months later I am still paying a bond because these people query one issue for months and don't respond to emails or send proper updates. The person sending the updates and who responds now and then can't even spell and her English is putrid. I'm really not impressed with the service I'm being forced to endure here. How long does this have to take?!! I'm livid!

14 Nov 2023, 14:31And after I've sent in a complaint to them. They blatantly ignore it and send an update of which I am already aware of. No apologies or attempt to excuse or explain why their service is so horrible. And she says mam instead of ma'am. Oh my!
