Velile Tinto, the worst transferring attorneys ever

The worst transferring attorneys that I have ever dealt with. They have caused a R100.000 debt owing to city council on a property transferred from and insolvent deceased estate. Now COJ is wanting the new owner to make arrangements to pay. That is totally absurd. The new owner is not responsable for the previous owners debt, except in an auction sale, which this was not.
