Without a doubt the most painful property transfer experience. 2.5 months after occupation and the transfer still hadn't been lodged. When it was, it was rejected by the Deeds Office. The lack of communication from this firm is appalling and Martin, the COO, is apparently too important to reply to customers' emails or calls.
