Pathetic Communication and Email Blockages

I’m unable to respond to their emails because my email address has been blocked. Additionally, there doesn’t seem to be a dedicated person handling the matter—I keep receiving emails from different people. This seems to cause miscommunication, as my previous correspondence is either overlooked or not acknowledged, leading to new emails that don’t take my prior responses into account.
