Disgusting

I think 1 star is still 5 starters too many, the service we received from them was absolutely appalling. We used them to do the bond and transfer on a new property we bought.

Firstly they charge what they want and do not follow the banks prescribed fees. They sent us a quote which we accepted and found out later that it is much higher than the banks prescribed fees. Once the quote was accepted and 50% deposit was paid the process started. We later then got additional costs that we not on the quotation saying we must pay this as well.

They do not often reply to mails or take phone calls, they do not keep you updated and when you ask their answers are very vague.

They did not submit the correct documentation to the deeds office which delayed the whole process. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks, it took 10 Weekes and this was not because of the deeds office this was because of Vilile Tinto.

They are very quick to ask for your money and then everything slows down from there.

As a first time buyer this has frustrated both buyer and seller for Weeks on end and they just do not care.
