Zero after sales service.

I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived and were too big. According to their website, exchanges can easily be done. Over the past 5 days I have emailed 3 times as well as been in touch on Facebook and Whatsapp. The emails have not been rep**** to at all and I get initial responses saying they are looking into it on Facebook and Whatsapp and then they disappear. I even emailed the very person who responds to the Hello Peter complaints as I did not want to go this route, but he has not rep**** to me either. So now sit with a pair of shoes I cannot wear and the easy exchange policy which was one thing that made me buy the shoes on line, was really not that at all and I do believe I have been **********. They have had many chances to get back to me but have not so I can only assume this. I do however not give up so this will not be the end of it.
