Worst after sale service ever

This is really the worst after sale service I have ever dealt with. I have been struggling since Dec 23rd to just swop a pair of shoes for another size. They do not answer phone calls, emails or WhatsApps. The one time somebody actually reacted they said I must send the shoes back. I did it immediately and now I sit with no shoes. They have my money and my shoes and I sit with nothing. This is really ridiculous. How do you expect me to recommend you to anyone. At this stage I do not even want the shoes back, I just want my money back so that I can spend it somewhere else where they appreciate me as a client.
