What a disappointing experience

Sadly after purchasing my shoes on the veldskoen.co.uk website, checking before placing this order the shipping terms and conditions , where the site clearly states that taxes customs and duties are included in the shipping fee to the U.K., I received an addition request by UPS to pay almost another half of the value that I just spent on the order .. I reached out to Veldskoen many times to resolve this issue , to no Responce , I have refused delivery based on their breach of their own terms and conditions and await my full refund of £195 paid to date for a pair of boots… I went via them directly to support local, however I regret this decision and should have bought them via Debenhams.
