Very bad customer service

<p>I've rceived the incorrect order and have been struggling to get them to exchange it. They do not respond to my emails. I am extremely disappointed, such a cool product, but I wouldn't recommend them as the customer service is horrible.</p>

When they eventually responded the service was personal and they went out of their way to ensure I received the correct order.
