I bought a pair of shoes for my daughters birthday on 11 Nov. I was too big so I sent it back for a smaller number. They did not have any in stock so they sent me a gift card on 28 Nov that expired on 30 Nov!!!! No email to explain no telephone number that I can call...and they are not answering any email. They have ****** R1150 from me!! I am a proudly South African supporter and always try to support local...but this is absolute shocking service!!!! I was ******.
