Unable to provide order with No Refund

Absolute nightmare to receive a refund after the most disgraceful service. Ordered online 25th May 2024 and absolutely nothing to show for it. Being extremely patient with numerous attempts via email to Carmen Harris, Gift Kapito and Lee Harris. I tried to call the cell number numerous times and had to leave messages. Tried their hello email address they respond oh someone will be in touch. Reached out on Instagram someone will be in contact. All I want is my refund. Avoid this company they certainly don't care about their brand or customer service, the amount of emails with empty promises and lies indeed sad. So much for being Proudly South African.
