Terrible service

We ordered 2 pairs of veldskoen shoes. The first order arrived after more than a month and both pairs were way too big. The couriers collected both pairs and after waiting another month for the new pairs, it arrived being the wrong colour. The shoes are good, but having to wait months to receive the right colour and size we are really put off!! Will not order again in the future!!
