Terrible ! Abound dealing with them

Terrible customer service having a really bad experience with a return .

First the boots are very tight and uncomfortable on the ankles, they look beautiful on the website but not comfortable at all .

On their website there is no option for a refund when processing the return and I raised that with them . Which they told me to simply put in the comments that is a refund .

3 weeks later I still haven’t received my refund and to my surprise yesterday they sent the same shoes back! Same color and same size … didn’t even bother to check what was wrong or why are they returning the same shoes .

I didn’t accept the delivery and they told me they can’t process my refund until the shoes are back with them. The shoes I didn’t ask to send back , they shoes that I paid a return deliver that they already received
