Sow delivery and collection. Think carefully before purchasing online

I was very happy to purchase a Veldskoen product, as it would have bee my second pair.

However, as many of the customers are complaining: Beware of the Customer Service! Delivery/Exchange/ Follow up. It does not exist.

It is really disappointing. Maybe their growth has been too fast and logistics are lagging behind?

The proof, as they say are in the experience. Especially if things have not worked out as it should have.

I am waiting for them to collect and exchange the pair of shoes. Still happy to wear them, but if I am waiting two weeks, for collection, how long will I have to wait for re-delivery!

Potential byers beware of their slow delivery and exchange turn around time!!
