Poor service

I ordered a pair of shoes online. I made sure that there was a return policy in case the shoes didn't fit so that I could possibly exchange them. When I received them, they were too big.

I emailed to request exchanging the shoes, an email was sent back to me to say that someone would contact me with regards to fetching the shoes. It has been more than 4 weeks and I have still not been contacted, despite sending numerous emails asking for assistance.

Do not offer an online return policy if you are unable to adhere to it. I have been extremely patient and polite during this process, however this seems to have gotten me no where.
