OUTSTANDING REFUND
What I thought was initially great customer service appears to be just a huge crock... I have been waiting for a refund since 26th June... i have being following up with several emails. but still no reply. But by the looks of things on this particular forum it seems to be the norm. Very quick to take your money for an order and collect your items but not so quick when it comes to them processing a refund

I am sorry about the delay in your refund. Not looking for an excuse but with having two pay gate systems we haven't managed to get the turnaround quicker.
