Non-delivery and terrible service

I placed an order and paid in full on the 10th of July 2017. Five weeks has passed since I placed the order,and I still have no clue when I will receive my order. The customer service is terrible, they take extremely long to reply to your e-mails, and every week they have a different excuse as to why they still cannot deliver. Not sure when I will hear from them or when I will receive my order. The other problem is you can only contact them via e-mail, there are no other contact details available anywhere for this Company.
