Bought 3 pairs of vellie shoes online on the 5th of Des for my family for Christmas. No nobody returns my enquiries about the parcell. I only had 1 reply and since none. Ignorance.

Please could you send me an email with all your details and i will revert back to you. Our system shows that we have delivered all the shoes bought in December. We really geared up in December because we knew people bought the shoes as Christmas gifts. Send through your VS number and i'll see what happened.
