NO after sale service!!

I received 3 pairs of Veldskoen shoes in 2024, but they are all 1 size to small. I tried to contact Veldskoen to exchange for a bigger size, but there are NO after sale service. No phone number to speak to an actual human being. Sent an email in December and received a reply that someone will contact me in 24 hours. More than a month, and many emails later, and I'm still waiting to get any feedback. Shop locator on the website also does not work. Make 10000% sure when buying from them as you will not be able to return/exchange anything.
