Horrible Service - Actually non existing service.

If it was possible to give a - star it would be suitable. I ordered my shoes, 3 pairs the order was handled quickly and shoes were delivered. The one pair was faulty with a huge bubble on inside of shoe. To get hold of any one is a mission, the phone number never get answered they take very long to answer an email, and now tell me they don't have the color I ordered, and since i then asked for a refund. No one answer the email or telephone. Horrible service to say the least.
