False Promise After False Promise

Dig underneath the fancy website and beautiful photos and you will uncover terrible service. It astounds me how much I have been **** to by this company. Three weeks ago I was told that my order was being dispatched on that day and would be within me within 5 - 7 working days. Received nothing. Yesterday I followed up again, and was told the exact same thing (your order is being dispatched today and will be with you in 5 - 7 working days). Understandably, I did not believe them so a salesperson said she would send me a photo as proof. I did not receive any such proof. After either getting a refund or EVENTUALLY receiving my shoes, I can't wai to cut ties wih this company.
