Dont bother trying to get hold of them

Im not sure of they just put on email addresses and tell numbers just for show because it definitely isnt being used. I cannot get hold of ANYONE! I just want to exchange shoes i got but it doesnt give me the option, ive been trying to phone and whatsapp and email and no one to answer. I should have read the reviews on your horrible service first before ordering sigh. Looks like i will just have to take a refund instead of exchange and go buy somewhere else.
