BAD SERVICE AND NO REFUND AFTER 3 WEEKS

This was my 7th pair of shoes purchased from Veldskoen and it is DEFINITELY going to be my Last.i purchased the Slippers W7 as that has been the size I usually purchased. These Slippers were the ****** WORST ever, they were not only Ill-fitting but as tight as hell and too small, I had to struggle to get my foot into it. As I walked my foot kept slipping out and I was literally falling over my own feet. When I went onto the Website to log a return, it stated that I was now responsible for returning these shoes at my expense and they would Refund me once received. WHY?? BARE in mind this was NO fault of mind, the Slippers were ill-fitting yet they were also my usual size, I did not make a mistake with the size as they could check my previous orders.I emailed them and they agreed to have it collected...EVENTUALLY it was collected. It has now been 3 WEEKS since it was Returned, I have been sending continuous Emails and everytime its a different excuse, the latest been that there have been some hitches with their Refund system and I needed to send my banking detailsI did)as they were going to do it Manually - that was a week ago. Considering I'm a old customer who had bought 7 pairs of shoes already and this is the Response(NO RESPONSE)just imagine what kind of Service you will get if you are a new Customer? NOBODY there knows what is going on most of the time - it's a case of the Right hand Doesn't know what the left hand is doing or so they pretend - Absolutely Pathetic Service - I would not even have given then a 1 star if it was possible...DISGUSTED - I JUST WANT MY REFUND!!
