Absolute shocking service

Absolutely shocked and disappointed by the lack of services and communication from Veldskoen. The experience has been awful from the start. I have paid my order in full and still haven't received my parcel. After numerous, emails, WhatsApp messages and attempts to reach out to anyone on the so-called "live Chat", I have now given up and hoping that, by using other platforms I might get a response.
