Veld Furniture please do better!

I am writing here because I cannot reach them on their cellphone. I paid a deposit on 25 May 2023 and I was promised 4 weeks' lead time. I was busy with home renovations, so I didn't mind a small delay. I paid the outstanding balance on 10 Aug 2023 and have been following up for delivery since then. I sent DM's on their IG handle and whatsapp messages, a couple of empty promises but no action. So disappointing to support black business who treat black customers like this!
