Contractor through Ekurhuleni

Vela Resources are hired through Ekurhuleni to paint streetlight poles in the Delville area. The messed YELLOW paint on my white car. When I phoned the owner to confront him, he was rude rude rude! and wasn't prepared to discuss this problem with me! I've posted a complaint on Ekurkuleni's facebook page, but they won't even reply!!!!!! The owner accused me of not been able to talk to people .... they can't even paint lamp poles, but they get hired through Ekurhuleni?!?!?!!?!? PATHETIC!
