Disappointed and angry

I opted for the vehicle maintenance plan.

After selling my vehicle I cancelled the maintenance plan and received confirmation!

I am yet to receive the SMS. And the debit order is still run every month.

I asked to cancel that again over the phone, I was told that it has been canceled. And I still see the debit on my account for the VEHMAINT.
