DID NOT STOP DEBIT ORDER : VEHMAINT

<p>I opted for the vehicle maintenance plan.</p> <p> </p> <p>After selling my vehicle I cancelled the maintenance plan and received confirmation!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am yet to receive the SMS. And the debit order is still run every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked to cancel that again over the phone, I was told that it has been canceled. And I still see the debit on my account for the VEHMAINT.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Telesure people does not know what they are talking about.</p> <p>2. Empty Promisses</p> <p>3. They costing me money, because I withdraw my money before they can deduct but pay a penalty fee for not enough money to let the debit order go through.</p> <p>4. Going on for three months now.</p> <p>UNACCEPTABLE!</p> <p> </p> <p>What must I do???</p>
