Scans AI verification error preventing background check completion I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Scans AI. I am trying to complete my background check, but the app keeps giving me an error when I scan my driver's licence. The verification process does not continue, and I am not even given the opportunity to take the required selfie. I contacted Scans AI support and sent screenshots of the error. They refunded the verification fee in the app and asked me to try again, but the exact same error occurred. Since then, I have received little to no assistance, and my issue remains unresolved. What makes this even more frustrating is that the same driver's licence was successfully accepted by Bolt during my document upload. The problem appears to be with the Scans AI app rather than my licence. This unresolved issue is delaying my background check and preventing me from continuing with my work. I would appreciate it if Scans AI could urgently investigate the technical problem, fix the verification error, or provide an alternative way for me to complete my identity verification. Thank you.
