Watch Out For this Company !!

1 Week before our trip we were informed that our car rental company had cancelled - however Vehicle-Rent.com had booked with another car at a higher price - we were informed that they would refund us the extra costs after the rental. It has now been over 1 month - Vehicle Rent.com have told us a refund of 129.63 euro has been approved however we have still not been paid ?? We have sent so many many e-mails to query with no reply ???
