Pawn car

Hi I need assistance in a situation i got myself in, so i dnt in this case must i get a lawyer or contact the ncr .early this year i needed cash desperately to finish the property i was building and since im self emplyed without a payslip i need to get cash to complete my project as desperate as i was i started looking for pawn shops that can i can pawn my car since it was basically new and i had bought it cash, and so i did ...i went to a certain pawn shop and got assistance and was given the amount that i need and my repayment was abt 10 k a month so stupid of me i didnt ask for the contact as everything looked legit and i left.i made the 1st payment and send the 2nd payment as well but struggled to make the third payment and fourth ...yes it was a pawn and drive situation and i had to take the car for inspection but i didbt takr it as i feared that if they saw i didnt make payment hten they might take it,then since the car had a tracter they came to take the car...i gv them no stories i just said i will raise the money that i was owning then i return to them..then wen i wemt to the shop the told me i needed to pay the full amount thats outstanding as when i asked they said i owe a 100 k ..so i kindly asked for the contract and wen i looked at it ,it didnt seem ryt It only has tge date of payment and amount It does gv the settlement amount It does say how long is the term of the loan It doesnt say the total repayment It s just not right Please help how do i begin coz im told its going ro be sold
