BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>We bought a vehicle from Vehicle Pawn Shop in Vanderbijlpark the owners name is Kobus we first swop our 2006 Suzuki Bandit 650 which was in a 100% running condition there was nothing wrong with the bike in immaculate condition and swop it for a 1990 Opel Monza Cabriolet which was in a bad condition we had the car 2 day we had a problem with it after 7days the engin broke totally and had to replace the engin which the owner said the will pay half and we have to pay the rest we said it's fine we will do it they took the car to the machanic and got it the next day we drove the car that engin also had a knock in the engin we took the car back and said we don't want that car anymore we want our bike back he told us the bike is sold then we said then we want our money back he didn't want to he said we must buy another car from him we didn't have extra money to buy a more expensive car my fiance's father came through the thursday to come look at a few cars and didn't like the cheap cars it wasn't in a good condition so he look at a 2010 Peugeot 207 1.4 for R59 000.00 and will do finance for us on this name he send through all his documents that thursday night on 04/05/2017 that friday he struggled to get stuff done by them they said they don't work on saturdays but will do it fist thing monday morning on 08/05/2017 that monday we struggled with them that tuesday we still waited for them on wednesday 10/05/2017 at 15:00 we went to them after his father signed at 14:00 and everything was done we came there the owner Kobus was there so he said to us we won't get the car today only tommorow we tried to explain to him we don't have transport my fiance have to get to work and i have to get to work i only got a s****** and that we got alot of stress then he rep****: WE ALL GOT STRESS THAT WHY I DRINK EVERYDAY and when we got there at 15:00 they all were sitting and DRINKING while the shop is still open what kind of respect is that and what example is that for your business and customer and the bad attitude he got with his customers is to die for he is so rude and does not know how to speak at a person yesterday 10/05/2017 they said we will get the car early and be deliverd at my fiance's work today 11/05/2017 it is now 11:24 and still waiting so today a week ago we started with this deal and still waitibg for our car what service do you call that i myself work for a big dealership and knows how it work and that's not service it's really BAD SERVICE so if i can help other people for not buying from them i will so be carefull of VEHICLE PAWN SHOP IN VANDERBIJLPAR****!!!!!!!!!
