Repairs not carried out as specified and paid for

Fiat Palio 2003 vehicle taken in for front brakes to be replace, and was told by BRIAN MARTIN SNR from above mentioned specialists that water pump needed replacing in order to remedy the loss of water and heating problem. Was also told my Brian Snr that on undertaking this job \I would not recognise my car once job completed- suggesting that he would tie up all lose bit of wire and tape "\"" Job was paid for(over R2000.00) in advance. On receiving my car back I did an inspection inside the bonnet to discover that there was no water in the water bowser"
