Poor Service

I took my car for programming and coding of a new spare key, i was sent by my dealer VW Alan Hudson. The cluster of my car was not properly put back, they kept on sending me away to come back on another day on my expense!! I went there three times using my own petrol for a return job, they ended up sending me away saying they can't fix it while the were fully paid. Now my car has a mulfunctioning cluster due to their poor service!!!
