Inconsiderate ABSA!

I have had my ABSA Vehicle Finance for about 2 years now and could not make my installment on 1st August 2023 due to a deposit hold on my account when the vehicle was taken for repairs and I had to get a rental from my insurance company. ABSA offered that I could make a part payment of up to 40 % by 8th September which I duly did. On 11th September, this morning I received a call from ABSA legal informing me that my account has been handed over. I explained the sitiation but she insisted that I make immediate payment and basically dictated an arrangement on me without considering my offer for an arrangement. This the first time I failed to make payment on this account and I'm being treated like this. Last year I cancelled my funeral cover because ABSA messed up a simple renewal where they changed the beneficiary to people unknown to me and for 3 months failed to make the changes. I also cancelled my cheque account due to poor service from ABSA and I'll be looking to settle this account and close it, and move it to another institution. So sick of ABSA!!!
