Bad service

Hi I Elisa oumakie Raleting I called absa vehicle finance on 13 September 2024 I was using my airtime. I got consultant that assist me I explain myself I'm unemployed current and I was under debts review I lost my job last year November.and I cancelled my insurance for my car and I was involved in car accident I'm financially broke it's possible if my installment cab be reduced and for now as I want to fix my car it possible if we can do arrangements for payment and my airtime got finished and the line cut out the lady never bother to call me again I need help why now absa can't take us seriously cause I'm not working or what.
