Disappointing attitude and cuatormer care

Good day I contacted Vegi Planet and long story short signed up as an agent in KZN to market and distribute the product. Mr Coetzer mentioned previously a number of people also joined but left after a month or 2. Every slice have 2 sides and I now realize why they walked out after a short period. Mr Coetzer never reply to a e mail. I still did not receive a reply on my e mail of 14 February 2023 Calls are never answered IF answered he cannot hear you or are in a meeting. He never replies to a voice note or whatsapp message. Then out of the blue he will notify you he will call tomorrow. Promise he will send info discussed on e mail. Then you are informed you can ONLY pay after the order is finished and they have the weight, then you pay immediately. Which I did. He said the parcel will be distributed the next day. Customers get worried after a week and I get a bad name to introduce HIS business and when you ask the Courier number and tracking number and get really upset, he will send a note IT WAS ONLY SENT THE DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY!!! after he promised you it was send a week ago. Just a friendly hint to the Public, and ladies. DON'T deal or negotiate with Vegi Planet. they need your business and money but no time for you and your orders. Mr Coetzer don't bother to call you and have a conversation. Don't get into the same trap as me.
